Our clients use us around the world for customer acquisition, retention (CRM) and m-commerce campaigns as well as enterprise solutions. Much of this falls within client marketing budgets and is integrated with other media, e.g. direct response and sales promotion. We also help clients use mobile as a sales channel to generate revenue or distribute information. Clients can licence our technology to embed in their own code, or outsource entire business processes to Incentivated, asking us to develop applications for them.
Given the unique and developing characteristics of mobile as a medium, extensive business, marketing and digital knowledge and experience is essential. What makes us special is that we are a flexible, full service organisation, with our own proprietary mobile platform. We generate campaign strategy and creative ideas, handle account management, post campaign analysis and insights. When members of our team offer consulting or campaign management services, all products are designed, built and maintained in-house. This lets us develop many bespoke services and long term client partnerships.
