SmartReply's solutions start with MOBILE ADVERTISING to create new mobile customers for publishers and advertisers, supported with MOBILE MARKETING to nurture, promote, and enhance those customers, and MOBILE CREDIT COMMERCE to drive real world revenue through the mobile phone. SmartReply was founded in 2001 and is privately held and continues to be a very fast growing and profitable mobile marketing company, based in Irvine, California, and New York, New York.

Mobile Advertising

In March 2009, SmartReply acquired mSnap and together created the largest mobile SMS advertising network in the US with over 30 million uniques monthly mobile subscribers and the ability to reach over 200 million subscribers, weekly. SmartReply's ad network consists of over 1,300 exclusive publishers, largely of traditional media channels - radio stations, newspapers, and cable television, among others. These publishers leverage the SaaS platform to engage their audiences with mobile over the airways and the media channels they own. SmartReply delivers targeted advertising in the form of text message banner ads of the last 40 characters of each message with call to actions resulting in a typically 2% to 6% response. Most advertisers benefit from SmartReply's ad network by converting SmartReply's ad traffic to their own mobile customer database, and by driving instant, impulsive response.

Mobile Marketing

SmartReply's mobile marketing solutions are integrated with the marketing of over half of the top 100 retailers in the United States, serving the spectrum from simple SMS mobile clubs and promotions to sophisticated mobile apps and rich media. The typical response rate range is 10% to 16%, optimized over time for vast improvements. SmartReply serves is clients largely in an Enterprise manner, though SaaS and self-service technologies are available for the sophisticated large marketing organization.

Mobile Credit Commerce

Through strategic partnerships in the credit card industry, SmartReply has developed and launched the first nationwide mobile credit commerce solutions which enables consumers to apply for credit by mobile while in-store, and to pay by mobile in-store, without additional devices at point of sale and without any revenue share to carriers or handset manufacturers. The solution launched to over 500 retail stores prior to the 2009 retail holiday season, and expectations of increase purchase amount, consumer usage and usability, and activation were far exceed. Additionl national retailers are coming online throughout 2010.

SmartReply was founded in 2001 by entrepreneurs Dave Savage and Gregory Wexler. The company has grown through cash flow and profits by serving its clients, partners, publishers, and employees very well.
